This only prolongs the inevitable: healing with integrity. There will never be a time where the loss disappears completely, but stepping into the void– that dark hole of hurt in our hearts– is the only way you can begin to heal.

I’m Steph. I’ll help you create life after a loss. A loss can cause changes to you mentally, physically, and emotionally. The most important part is to not lose yourself during the grieving process. As a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, I combine these two strengths to guide people in their grief while also establishing a baseline for life after a loss. At Gut of Integrity, you will learn tools to process grief and emotions, take control of your health, and remember just how incredible you are because the world still needs you. During our time together, we will hold space for your lost loved one while honoring their life in a way that allows you to live without guilt.
Self-compassion comes first, everything else comes next.
Once you give yourself permission to live again after experiencing a loss, life will become easier to live each day. Your health will improve, your mindset will shift, and your emotions will fall in line with their natural rhythms. Some days will be harder than others, but that is why together we build a foundation of health for you to fall back on during those harder days.
