GRIEVE + GROW TOGETHER
A Grief Support Community that Meets You Where You’re At
Grieve + Grow Together is a community for you to feel SEEN, HEARD, and LOVINGLY HELD.
Since your loss, have you felt like…
…Nobody understands the grief you are going through.
…A burden when discussing your grief to friends and family.
…A feeling that you should be done grieving and you don’t know why you still feel this way.
…It’s impossible to find a space to discuss your feelings with others who are experiencing similar losses.
…You’re alone in your grief, and it feels suffocating every day.
I GET IT.
I know what it’s like to grieve alone and it f***ing sucks.
I know what it’s like to have people ask me if I’ve moved on from my loss.
I know what it’s like to have people expect you to be done grieving after a few months (potentially a year if they have some kind of empathy).
I know what it’s like to lose friends because they think you not calling them is about them, and not about you being stuck in grief.
And, I know what it’s like to feel like you have no one to talk to, and no one who will LISTEN - and that hurts.
After so many years of feeling alone, I joined a grief group. And it changed my entire outlook on life and loss.
I’ve got your back.
I won’t let you grieve alone.
I designed GRIEVE + GROW TOGETHER to provide
support for those who have nowhere else
to turn, who feel alone in their grief, and…
who want to feel joy in their lives again.
INTRODUCING GRIEVE + GROW TOGETHER
This membership is intended for those who want a safe and supportive environment in which they can share their feelings, hold space for others, and be in community with those who have experienced similar losses.
Most importantly, it is a space
for you to feel SEEN, HEARD,
and LOVINGLY HELD.
Grieve + Grow Together is about more than just being in your grief.
-
It’s about learning who you are in the absence of loss.
-
It’s about accepting your loss and creating the life you want for yourself.
-
It’s about building the courage to live your new normal.
-
It’s about trusting your intuition and knowing when to say “NO!”
-
It’s about thriving in life after loss…and finding comfort and meaning in the space between gratitude and grief.
Grieve + Grow Together will guide you from being stuck in your grief to:
Release your feelings.
You’ll gain the tools to name your feelings - feelings like anger, sadness, envy, relief, guilt, or numbness - and move through them so they don’t come up again later, in a different form. The goal is to allow feelings to exist, not persist.
Release your expectations.
Set the daily bar so low that all you have to do is put one foot in front of the other and walk over it. Take only one action per day so it doesn’t feel so overwhelming. You’ll feel the forward movement, even though every fiber of your being is yelling at you to stay put.
Release your guilt.
It’s normal to feel guilty for feeling relief. It’s also normal to feel guilty if you’re experiencing joy when you think you should be sad. You’ll gain insights on how to balance your feelings with your thoughts.
Release your intuition.
Your intuition knows when something feels off. Listening to your intuition will help you understand your needs, learn to set boundaries with others, and say NO when it doesn’t feel right.
Release your unprocessed grief.
Grief gets stored in the body and, when not processed, can cause physical symptoms such as gas, bloating, food intolerances, unexplained joint pain, headaches, hormonal imbalances, and even autoimmune disease. It can also exacerbate these symptoms if you already have them. Tuning into your body can help you process your grief so that you feel symptom relief.
Release joy in your life again.
You’ll learn to find glimmers of joy in your life again - a good cup of coffee, the smell of fresh flowers, or feeling your feet on the sand. And you won’t feel guilty for it.
Most importantly, release your desire to turn your pain into purpose.
What People Are Saying
“Working with Stephanie helped me immensely. I was educated to understand my body and specific issues that were happening with my organs that my symptoms represented. I was especially moved by her warmth and genuine care towards me and what I was struggling with. The support I felt relationally seems like an important part to her gift. I'm so glad that I got this opportunity to connect with her in this way.”
— Rosie, Oakland, CA
“Stephanie is an expert with not only a wealth of knowledge, but also a deep well of compassion.
She is truly a professional that walks her walk with life experience and expertise. I came to Stephanie after having lost my Mom. I was feeling confused about an array of health related specifics; including SIBO, neurotransmitters, and inflammation among others. Steph had all the answers! She explained to me at length the role of gut health during major transitions. She also went in depth with me about my personal grief. I truly felt held by her in such a safe container to share what I was going through. Steph is an invaluable Holistic Nutritional Expert that I cannot speak highly enough of.”
— Jen, Portland, OR
“Working with Stephanie was so much more than I could have ever hoped for, I am eternally grateful. I have discovered how valuable it is to have someone in your corner guiding you and cheering you on. Sometimes we allow ourselves to forget how big even our smallest wins can be; Stephanie helped to remind me that no matter how little it might seem, a win is still a step forward, it is still a brick in the groundwork that supports your journey and that is everything. I would tell anyone looking to work with someone, to look no further as Stephanie is so multifaceted in her approach you will never find yourself without support. After our initial conversation, she felt like someone I had known for years. She is truly a beautiful soul that deeply cares. Thank you for everything!”
— Erin, Kansas City, MO
“I liked Steph’s style of questioning and holding of the space. She has a way of conveying sincerity and
empathy that feels real. It's needed when working with autoimmune diseases. I felt understood by her as well,
in the details of the disease, and my symptoms. I'm grateful for her support, energy, help, knowledge,
and sincerity.”
— Sarah, San Francisco, CA
“At first I was hesitant because I never have done this kind of work before, but after our initial visit I felt better. Stephanie took her time, answering all my questions and made me feel at home. I learned that it was ok to slow down and put myself first and everything else will follow through. Connecting with Stephanie, I didn’t feel like I was working with a specialist from Kaiser, it was more of a homie connection. She put herself in my shoes and showed her concern and wanting to help me throughout my healing journey!”
— Maryjane, Oakland, CA
“The reason I chose to work with Steph was due to a video I watched of her interviewing a couple. I felt she was real and genuine. Her knowledge and guidance has helped in finding options to achieve my goals and optimum health. She is a great listener and focused on what would best work for me as it has been somewhat hard to make loved ones understand. She made me feel understood and that I am not alone on this journey. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her.”

Why no, they are not! I took all the landscape photos while on vacation on New Zealand’s South Island. They are all taken in and around Queenstown, as well as Lake Tekapo and Lake Wanaka.
